You will receive an email with your visualizer link in 1 business day or less.

Within 1 business day of activating your subscription, you will receive an email. You can find your visualizer link in that email.

A sales and onboarding rep will contact you within 1 business day of signing up for a 7-day trial. You can send them your logo to upload to your visualizer. Standard visualizers contain all available manufacturer product libraries. If you would like to remove certain libraries or make your products all “generic” then please let your Renoworks representative know.

Your leads will be emailed to the email address you provide to us during the onboarding stage.

Yes, Design Services and Design Consultations are supported through Renoworks Pro. If you have any specific inquiries regarding Design Services – please contact us. 

Your (Legacy) Renoworks Pro subscription will be unaffected.

Contact a Renoworks representative to discuss changing to the new offering. We will send out emails regarding any changes made to (Legacy) Renoworks Pro in time.
